How fulfillment, shipping options, delivery estimates, and tracking work.
ORDER & FULFILLMENT
Your order moves into fulfillment after payment is accepted. Production and transit are separate stages, so shipment timing begins after the order is ready to leave the fulfillment facility.
CHECKOUT RATES
Available shipping services, charges, and carrier-provided delivery estimates are calculated for the destination entered at checkout.
TRACKING
When shipment tracking is available, use the tracking details associated with your order. Carrier scans and delivery timing remain controlled by the carrier.
International orders
For cross-border orders, import duties, taxes, brokerage, or local handling charges may apply depending on destination and local rules. These charges are outside the product price unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.
Address accuracy
Review the shipping address before placing the order. If an address needs to be corrected, contact support as quickly as possible; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has started.
